The four month appointment

Doctor's visit went well, but was traumatic for me. Erica threw up seven times at the doctor's office. I kid you not. Obviously she's outgrown her Zantac dosage, so that's up to 6.5 ml. Wow, what a day. It makes those days where everything seems to go perfectly that much better.

Poor Erica! Poor you! *hugs you both very gently*

Remember this doctor's office/vomit story for when Erica is 16. Revenge is a dish best served cold. ;p

I hate taking the babies for shots. It's brutal! They're so small, and the needle is HUGE. Congrats on the weight gain! Hopefully the reflux will clear up soon. My guys are formula babies, and I had to switch them a few times because Ella was colicky and spit up near everything she put down. Good Start and (believe it or not) Target brand were the only two that didn't upset her. I didn't want to use soy (I have this soy theory... it doesn't say Non GMO on the label, and soy has all these phytoestrogens that are supposed to be good for you later on in life - I don't want Rob taking a bunch of phytoestrogens. I just like spelling out phytoestrogens.) ANYWAY, I commend you for continuing to pump, because especially with work (when you forget stuff at home and have to drive 20 minutes on your lunch hour). You do what's right for you and Erica. Except for hitting her head on the carrier bar and bursting into tears. Just think of the hideous diseases she could get if she didn't have the shots. And (this part gets me too) they can't stay in ( ... )

Thanks! And yeah if you tried to take a bubble to Rock City it would just rip on all those sharp edges...
