For awhile, Spooky and I have discussed getting a kitten. We miss Ollie very much (Mittens, I am sad she died, but she was old and is at peace now, I had no real bond with her :\ ) (yes, I am an awful person for admitting this, but a bond can never be forced) and Teddy needs the companionship

I don't think you're a terrible person because you're exactly right: A bond can't be forced.

I hope the adoption process goes smoothly, and that Teddy will love being a big brother. ^n_n^ (And I do like Astraya. It almost sounds like a star in a constellation.)
