My eyes are widely dialted but thankfully with my glasses I can see somewhat. Here is the news: I have a small retinal detachment. We have an appt with a retina surgeon at 3:30. We will know more then.

Also, we both know someone who woke up one morning with 2 detatched retinas and was totally blind.. they were able to surgically re-attatch both of them and she just wears glasses now to see.

I really think that the odds of a speedy recovery are in your favor and I just wanted to convey that to you.
