You probably did the right thng. It sounds like your ex was pretty unstable, and rather dependant on you, which is not a healthy situation at all. I've dealt with it before, and it's never good. When you're in a relationship, both of you need to be on the same level emotionally. You need to both be stable and somewhat independant, or else there's a sort of imbalance that can't be fixed.

Thank you! He was a good guy, we just weren't ment for eachother. I wanted something serious and he wanted to just have fun. Plus, now I have the most amazing boyfriend in the world who cares about me so much, and when he looks me in the eyes I can tell he's falling in love with me. So, breaking up with Michael was the best thing I ever did.
