Halloween w/ the kids
They started the day putting make-up on and dressing up. Ended the night with apple bobbing. It was a stressful day that ended quite nice. A few pictures under the cut...I had fun taking pix.

Labyrnith makes me swoon...
Last night the kids were watching this before bed...it is my favorite movie EVER! Growing up I was so in love with David Bowie as Jareth. But the scene above use to be my favorite part to watch. We dress up well...
Mark and I had an Emmy party at home. Just me, Mark, and fancy clothes. Complete with our fancy microwave french bread pizza, Lone Star, and Manhattans. It was lots of fun. I think dressing up for no reason is more fun than having a reason. I cared less about how I really looked. So I didn't stress about it...plus we got to be barefoot!

I'm not dead.
I received a strange phone call from a Dallas friend this morning.
