For those of you gals (like me) who don't have a valentine this year, remember this: flowers die, stuffed animals just gather dust mites to make you sick, and chocolate just makes you fat.

Whew!
Well yesterday really sucked. Ok it didn't really suck, but I really only got 1 free hour all day...and that's because I took off work. I had to be at work at 9 and worked until 1. I went to the big SEUS mixer last night. Not as fun as past years, mainly because hardly anyone was there. However, several old folks came back and it was nice to catch up. -

I woke up last night feally very sick to my stomach. My first thought was that I had caught that stomach virus that is going around. Luckily, I fell back to sleep and when I woke up this morning, I felt fine.

Ouch!
Ouch, my abs really hurt. I think I over-worked them in the gym last night, and I just finished a Pilates workout so now they really burn. But I am bound and determined to keep my New Year's Resolution which is to get a tighter stomach (and to lose 10-15 pounds). I have decided that since I am no longer taking class, I can catch up on all the books I have been wanting to read. I always felt guilty to read for pleasure when I had classes.
