What a weekend. We had a college-age retreat up to Gil's parent's house in the Catskill Mountains and it was awesome. Emotional. Honest. Incredible. Spiritual. Long. Tiring. Nice. Fun

steph that was an amazing entry. i'm so glad the catskills were so good for all of you. i can tell that's what you're passionate about- listening, talking, being, crying, getting people to release emotional stuff to you. you love it and i love that you love it. you're a really warm and caring person, empathatic to say the least.

You know somewhere along the line we (you and I) kind of went separate ways surprisingly in a lot of aspects. probably around middle school i would guess when for the first time in our lives we werent in the same class together. or maybe it was the like 3 years, almost 4 of high school where we rarely said anything to each other. not because we didnt want to but because we didnt see each other. but i must say that i still read your entries all the time. now i know and u know that i kind of went my own way religiously and still ask questions and what not but you reading entries like this and knowing that tere are people like you who truly believe to the deepest pit in their soul that God and Jesus are right next to u everywhere. that everything is truly wonderful and a gift that has been wasted by most people. that life in general has its ups and downs but still is an awesome thing. its all of that and more that make me still believe and not completely give up. thanks steph and i hope to hear from you or see you at least once over the
