Precisely! I for one thank all those who brought awareness of Y2K. With their timely intervention, worldwise panic and crisis was averted. Thank you, and the $300 billion that saved all of our lives.

Poor KRudd, he thought he was going to have months of talking about the ETS bill. Then asylum seekers became an issue again and his poll numbers sunk and he had to start pretending he didn't care about popularity. Those comments are him trying desperately to change the subject back.
