Sigh.

My Grandma went in to hospice care today. It's a good thing for her; she has pneumonia, she's not going to get better, and it's time. I'm not sure what this means for next week or how long she'll last or what. I'm not sure what will happen with my vacation/time off next week. I guess I'll go to Florida for at least part of it.
