Eddie spent most of the day handing in his latest snapshots to various papers. Still attempting to build up the reputation Parker had destroyed almost 2 years ago. Still having no such luck he tried not to let it bother him as there were more important things on his mind right now. Food being one of them.

Walking slowly down the streets he had no problem finding the place she had mentioned. Shoving his hands into his jacket pockets he saw Fred standing alone. “Hey”, he said giving a slight smile.

"Hey," she grinned back, blowing on her hands before pulling on her gloves, "I thought you were going to stand me up."

"Sorry, I got held up with another pointless meeting but I'm here now", he motioned them to start walking, "Ladies choice, where do you want to go? I'd pick now or I'll auto lead us to a noodle bar"

"Noodles are fine with me," she said softly as she fell in beside him. "And I know what those meetings are like, although on the other hand I don't because I have never been in a meeting to do with what it is you do."
