well after driving 9 hours last night, i arrived in dallas this morning at 6:30. since my dad just moved up here, i'll be staying here until the hurricane hits on monday morning to assess the damage and see what my semester plan will be

i bet it will only be a cat 3 or so when it hits, no biggy

seems most hurricanes can only sustain cat 5 for like 12 hours

katrina was a cat 3 when it landed, and like katrina, gustav is expected to slow down and linger building strength over new orleans.
