Everybody knows.
Every day she wakes up,
she feels it in her skin.
all the things she does,
it crawls through her within.
It mocks her with its presence,
makes sure she knows its there.
it screams at her so loud,
that her eyes, they close in fear.
if anyone else notices,
or just barely even sees,
recognizes or realizes,
the failure that is me.
