you have no idea how much shit I regret. I would like to go back two years and just redo it. I screwed my life over so badly, I lost the person I love more than anything, I had numerous petty fights with people, I got kicked out of school, and all of that made it so I was so depressed and miserable that I didn't do ANYTHING for college, and now, meh, I'm just here, doing whatever.
The only condolance is that half of the people I know are worse failures than I am. And you're not one of them... YAY!!
Unfortunately, regrets, and mistakes, are nessicary, for if we didn't screw things up once in a while, then we would have nothing to learn from.
you didn't screw up too bad, cause you are seriously one of the coolest people i know. and my mom loves you. mistakes involving things with boyparts are really MEH, casue second chances are pretty damn rare. and i'm not a failure yet. you give me too much credit, i still have 2 years to get pregnant and arrested and kicked out of school. don't doubt the power of spontanaity and/or alcohol.
marisa dude. ap classes=shit. focus your energy on a course you like and will do well in. journalism sounds interesting and fun. think of what you tell me. also think of how much shit i got myself into this year class wise. dont regret anything-- mistakes and mishaps mold who you are. and freshman-- dude i had 2 at a time..okay maybe i regret that. anyways- i love you <3 emmmmma
actually, take the AP classes your junior year, if you're going to take them at all. If you're not going to an overly competitive college... ahem... if you're going to an art school like me, they'll give you credit for the classes, and it would be nice not to take a bunch of Gen Ed classes in college when you really want to be taking classes for your major LIKE ME, I WANT TO TAKE MY PRODUCTION CLASSES NOW!!
If you're planning on going to a competitive university, the only thing that the AP classes are going to help you for is so that you're acclimated to the workload you'll be getting in college. Better schools won't give you credit unless you get a 5 on your AP test, and sometimes not even then.
so really it's a tossup as to if you should take them or not. It depends on what your goals are, mostly.
Well yeah, DEFINATELY don't take any AP classes your senior year. In fact, don't show up to any classes after you get your college acceptance letter. Haha. Don't listen to me, I'm a bad influence.
