Yoga was realy gentle this week. We did a lot of body-opening, awareness excercizes and mild postures. Things were still intense, but in less of an exertion way and in more of a stretchy, mindfulness way. Mindfulness is what i really enjoy about yoga, also about dancing. ONE MORE WEEK! the kittens seem to have picked up some eye imflammation in the last two days, which they must have out of their system before they can be spayed/neutered or put up for adoption. I have about a week left of kittens. They are 7 weeks old, and at 8 weeks they're old enough to go back to the shelter, start getting spayed, shot and adopted.

Being that they are ADORABLE and have increased their flair with shit management, you should totally come see them.
