I have this group/family of spanish people living next door to me that have a puppy that can't be more than a year old. Now, everyday they have the puppy outside for more than five hours at a time without food or water. Jp, and myself have been taking care of it for about a week now. I could contact my friends at the no-kill animal shelter, but I'm not sure how they could get it . . . legally. I might be able to help, just give me a couple of days.

i have a few friends offering to kidnap the dog, and give it to a shelter-or keep it. but i also have a lot of friends offering to call animal control. the only problem with that is that if the dog goes to animal control, it'll more than likely go to the humane society, and we all know how that ends up. but give your friends my number, and have them call me. i'll explain the situation a little better.
