Good to hear from you! I love Oregon. We tried to move to Eugene years ago, but it didn't workout job wise. Then last year my husband was offered a job in Portland, but we decided against it because we had our grandson and just couldn't leave :)
The fall colors are just gorgeous here is WI! One of the best we've had in years.

I had no idea that anyplace on the West Coast saw those kinds of colors. Further, I don't think I'd heard much at all about Oregon and the whole state was a place a non-existence for me until about a year ago. Now I seem inundated with talk of how excellent it is!

What are the residency requirements in Oregon? In some states it's only 6 months, not even a whole year. Maybe she could take some time off from school to work and save a little money, then she can enter as a resident?
