I think it's safe to say we have interest. *OMGFLAILEEEEEEE* I mean, that's pretty cool. I guess. (Dignity, Lithy. Always dignity.)

*cough*

What I've done is put the auction into the new system over here and, as you'll see from the dates, given a really long lead in. That's basically to allow me to make code changes and fixes before we actually ( Read more... )

I tried out the Open ID login. It let me in but then proceeded to ask me to update my profile with an email address. When I tried to save my changes, it wouldn't take my username (my LJ address) because it was over 20 characters and/or had periods in it. Just FYI.

I ended up logging out and then back in using my old account info which worked just fine.

eta: Added a fanvid without any issues :)

Ahh -- it expects you to change your username from the openid to something username-y. I'll put that in, thank you!

It worked pretty well for me!

One note, when I clicked out of the Big Fandom Tag window to write in another window, I nearly had a heart attack when the bright blue selection became a grey nearly indistinguishable from the background grey (thus making me think it had unselected everything). You might consider lightening up that secondary highlight grey a bit more so people can tell their painstaking selections stayed selected. ;) When I clicked back in the window the blue did reappear, but it was still a moment of minor panic.

I'll see what I can do - I'm not actually sure why it started doing that and need to poke it with sticks *g*

Thank you!

I feel almost bad that I have no glitching to report! Worked like a champ.

Should we worry about new fandom tags yet? I was thinking Sherlock Holmes (movie) and Star Trek XI (or Reboot, or Alternate Original Series, or whatever the kids are calling it these days).

This is the first time I've ever seen AOS. Reboot has been the most common term (YMMV). :-)

It's working fine for me :)

p.s. did the Stargate Universe tag get translated over with the cloud? (I want to make sure I can bid on what I want?)

The clouds are global, SGU just isn't on there because no one's offered to do it yet ;)
