I watched the election coverage.

The next day someone at my work yelled "BUSH WON!" and all you could here was cursing and groans of disgust coming from all the little heads popping up over their cubicles.

But you know what's worse than Bush being re-elected President of the U.S. of A?

you are a lucky duck, young lady. i wish my parents had kept with their plan to run away to canada when my dad was drafted for vietnam. they were also thinking australia at one time.

I wish I were born in canada. i so want to move to toronto, even before the election results. I can't take another 4 years here. Btw, I also love the irish (we'll i'm actually in love with one) but all the ones i've met are really down to earth.

I'm trying, I'm just worried about getting a job in my career (television/journalism/production) up there. I seriously have no ties to this country, as I was born an orphan. I don't believe in most of its ideals, especially knowing how other countries operate. I've been serching the Toronto Star, and craigslist for job ideas though.
