Hmm. My kids are quite aggressive with each other, but not other kids. We've tried everything to get them to stop (rewards charts, consequences, etc.) and we've been able to improve the behavior but not eradicate the violence entirely. What seems to work best is finding a consequence they really hate (like taking away video game privileges) and enforcing it every. single. time, even though it's such a pain in the ass. A can control herself most of the time, but Boo really struggles with it.

I guess I have no useful advice. What have you tried so far?

Your kids are so sweet, I know. I think what works best for us is just interceding before it goes far south. Right now I am immediately removing Frank (and so's his teacher) if he hurts someone (other than Mimi). For Mimi, I don't know what to do. I am trying to give her more attention. She's really getting the shaft lately.

I do rewards charts for them, but even though I am consistent, they stop caring after a couple weeks. I have charts above our fridge still covered in zeros that I am marking every day and showing them.
