Fail

She was just SO miserable, and her usually sunny personality had turned just really horribly angry and sad that I just gave in. Fuck. I was really looking forward to some sleep. 20.5 months and still nursing.

She's getting her dogteeth in, so I'm sure that has something to do with it.

Ughh...that's tough. I can't imagine saying no in the face of crying and a miserable little one. Sleep is for weenies!!

I was working on the most tedious thing today at work. Molly was up last night from 2:30 to 4 am. If sleep is for weenies, I'd really like to be a weenie! Can't bill for a cat nap. ;) Add to it I have a fever and probably an ear infection. And she is so distrustful of me now.

Do you mean distrustful because you would not nurse her? That has to be so tough! All we do for these sweet babies.

So sorry you are not feeling well. I hope it turns a corner for you soon.

Maybe she is feeling needy after the virus too? You've got to pick your battles and it sounds like this is a battle for another day. No one has ever gone to middle school still nursing so you'll get sleep in a few years, right? ;)

Hypothetically yes. When will Mimi start worrying us to death by being out too late again? How many years?
