These weren't really part of the exhibits... but I'd never seen huge black Albertan squirrels before. I'm used to the puny BC red squirrels. And I like squirrels, much the same as I like ducks. Yay mundane animals! *also, random note: Alberta has huge jackrabbits, but I've yet to see them...*
The bongo! It's one of my favourites, due to its name and overall coolness.
I took a LOT of snow leopard pictures. Because I love them and because I hated that I couldn't get a decent picture, as the wire was in the way. So I made up for lack of quality with quantity!
Red pandas! These were, by far, the most fun animals to watch. Therefore, I have a ton of pictures of them too.
You know you're addicted to Harry Potter when... you see a snowy owl and immediately shout, "HEDWIG!"
Not an animal... But I thought it was a nifty tree.
Again, not an animal, but pretty, so I'm including it.
