In Siberia there there has been a "state of emergency" declared because with winds et cetera it is minus seventy degress C, which is just insane. Everyone is being advised to stay in their houses and not leave under any circumstances. It's totally bizarre.

If this information is inaccurate, it is because I definitely did not look it up but am just going on what my boyfriend's sister told me. Ha.

LOL - You wouldn't get too much relief if you came to PG right now. We don't have blizzards but we've got a -35C wind factor today. I'm not going to school. :3

It would be slightly better. This morning it ended up being almost -50C with the wind chill. I still ended up going to school, because I had a quiz and a project in my acting class. As I was walking to my history class, a girl strolled by and the tip of her nose was going white. That was rather worrisome.
