Rob's employer is based in Tel Aviv, Israel. The entire company is there now except for Rob and another guy from Madison. He's over there right now working and they approached him about moving there. The deal is basically we either relocate to ISRAEL or they'll help him find a new job in the states

WOW do it! It's not for the rest of your life, and it's good to experience new things and put yourself in unique situations. BTW, it's GORGEOUS there... I went on a 2 week trip years ago. :)

yeah, rob sent back some pics and it looks like paradise! i always imagined it as a big desert, but apparently not.

certainly would be an amazing experience, but I know what you mean about being away from family. I've lived nowhere near family for a long time now, and I miss them. I also know that if I hadn't moved, I wouldn't be doing the same kinds of things I am now that I enjoy so much. At the same time, I can attest to the fact that although I've told myself on a few occasions that it would nice if somehow I could live down near family, it's not likely to happen anytime soon, partially because once I made that break and moved on to other things, still other things keep popping up from there. But I wouldn't change anything about my choices.

we're almost 100% sure that we'll go. just need to sell this house- it's going to be so much work and the 'market isn't very good at the moment. i hope it works out.
