BUSH second time around

So I was a little disappointed when Bush was re-elected to be the President again. I'm worried that he's going to activate a draft, sending more of our men over to fight a war that seems like it will never end. If they draft, I'm so scared that my boo is going to be going over. I'm so scared. Maybe some of our closest friends will be drafted.

i was also disappointed with the elections but i really can't complain since i didn't vote. i figured that hawaii is largely democratic so my vote won't count since it's based on electoral votes (measly 4 votes) and not on popular votes. plus i don't know anything about what each candidate stood for. all i know from this election is that kerry has a lot of hand motions and keeps repeating, "i have a plan..."

i'm also worried about the draft but i'm trying to be optimistic in that the war will be over and so none of our significant others will be drafted. don't worry about the draft.

yeah, i thought kerry wasn't all that strong. he was a brilliant speaker, but could he have done the job. i just hope bush does the right thing and do things for us the people and not for himself.

did u get election calls? my parents got one from arnold swarzeneggar (sp?). he said, "I want to pump you up to vote for george w. bush. then, blah..." That was funny.

we got ahnolds message...mom said "how nice of uncle ahnold to call." i really thought bush was out. it's so frustrating! i think i read somewhere that congress vetoed the bill to reinstate the draft so we might be safe. but i'm not sure... i thought bainum would win too! this election felt screwy like four years ago.

if that's the case, i'm a little relieved if congress vetoed the draft. but it is hard to say. bush might have to draft if something happens to america again. *knock on wood*

yeah, i got the message from ahnold to pump us up to vote for bush. that was so funny. not very professional and not coming out from his mr. universe phase still.

A draft?! What a scary thought. Lets pray and hope that Bush doesn't screw this country over during his next term. Argh.....

hopefully, the draft will not be reinstated or activated. we'll see. it's the time for bush to show us what he can do for us and not for himself.
