Mac and Beer Cheese (alteration of Alton Brown's Mac & Cheese)

• 1/2 pound elbow macaroni
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 1 tablespoon powdered mustard
• 3 cups whole milk
