VID(S): "Disease": the Mashups (True Blood)
(First of all, see THIS POST for the original vid. Or don't, whatever.)
So, because I know my friends well, and know that they delight in mashing up various vids to different songs for fun and recreation (and occasionally, DEEP EMOTIONAL RESONANCE -- omg, you have not lived until you've seen f1renze's Prison Break vid mashed up to "Go Your Own Way"), I also knew that the VERY INSTANT I let them see my Bill Compton vid, it would end up mashed to a billionty different songs. This knowledge even influenced some of my clip choices. It's all very meta! But there was one thing I did NOT know.
This vid apparently works perfectly -- and often hilariously -- when set to ANY SONG EVER.
I don't know why. Maybe because I vidded a standard pop song? Or maybe Bill Compton is just MAGIC. In any case, I now give you my favorites of the mashups for Disease. I think sisabet and greensilver were responsible for these, but it's hard to say for sure. Let's blame them anyway.
