Well, you have written down your list. Put things in order of importance as well as in order of time-factor. Unless of course you have tons of money, you might not be able to move into a house right away.

Once you figure out what the most important goals to reach are, you might be able to fit some of those other ones alongside and accomplish them on the way. I am sure you can do it.
