something happened with my password. it got changed and it says my account information isn't correct with what they have in their records. i don't know how it got changed or anything and i can't fix it.

well i sent them a feedback form but i don't know how it would have gotten changed. they can't email it to me without the correct account info and it says my account info doesn't match their records.
