If "whoop whoop whoopi" means Whoopi Goldberg, then that movie is called "Andre" (I think) and it's about a seal or something. And if it is "Andre", then the girl is Deb, because I always remember how she is in that movie.

haha, no, it's not about a seal...so i dont think they're the same movie. it's about descrimination against black people, and deb's dad falls in love with whoopi goldberg. and well, ya, no seals...
