Title: I Can Be Bad

Spoilers: Not really. Set some time in the indeterminate future after the Harvest Festival.

Ben nibbles on her ear and whispers, "One time, in middle school, I skipped an entire half day to watch a re-broadcast of a Bush/Dukakis debate."

Leslie laughs in surprise. "What?"

"The original debate was on too late at night, so when I found out it was going to air again the next day, I cut class and went to the town diner to watch it." He flashes her a smug grin. "I didn't turn in any of my assignments or anything."

She smiles wide into his kiss. "You rebel."

That cracked me up! So very Ben and Leslie!

Thanks! I like to think that skipping a half day is the kind of thing Ben would consider "bad". Not a whole day - that'd be too much. ^_^

So adorable! And hilarious. Great job on this! I loved the Mr. Knope part, of course, but I especially enjoyed them attempting to defile Jerry's desk.

She glances over Ben's shoulder to search the office. "Let's go to Jerry's desk. There's nothing important there."

*cackles* Poor Jerry!

Yeah, I had to get the Jerry-hate in somehow, lol. Although, I feel like if anyone's gonna want to cut Jerry a break, it'll be Ben. Or at least it'll take him awhile before picking on Jerry becomes second-nature to him. ;)

I think this could be my favorite Ben/Leslie fic. I love that it's all right to fool around on Jerry's desk and the shocker that you married them is so cute. SO CUTE. Want more of them like this? Is that possible? I need something to get me to 3.17.

Aww! Wow, thank you so much! I'm glad you liked it. Ben and Leslie are made of cute. ^_^ There are some really amazing B/L angstfics out there, but every time I try to write them, I can only picture fluff because it fits them perfectly.

Okay seriously. You need to write more. Much much more. I love Ben's attempt at bad, and I love the fact he kind of succeeds at it before failing spectacularly. Because that is so exactly how impulsive desk sex between them would go (complete with it being on Jerry's desk). Thank you for this.

And poor Jerry! I'd like there to be one episode where everybody just forgets to pick on Jerry. At the end of the ep, he'd be all happy that he hasn't been the butt of everyone's jokes... then of course he'd mess something up spectacularly, and everyone would rip into him. LOL, even in my imagination I can't cut the guy a break.
