I love this post! Even though this is new territory for me and I can't actually watch the videos right now because I'm at work (our computer systems are down and what better way to kill time than be on LJ while I wait for them to work again?) But I will! Because I definitely want to see what the fuss is all about, lol. And I love how you talk about them :D And also, that piece of fanart is GORGEOUS!

Hi Lene! ♥ It's nice to be back. I've really missed LJ and I'm glad you're so active on here now :D

And hee, there are actually 4 fanarts in the links but yeah, so gorgeous, right? Holy talent.

And haha, I think I mostly linked to their dork moments and some live performances that are not even their own songs. :P But it's weird but I guess just like with Kelly, I kind of love their covers probably even more then their own songs? :P But yeah, lol.

My fave songs of theirs I'm still discovering though so it's fun. :D

Hey Ronnie!*waves* It's always nice to see a familiar face 'round these parts! I've been jumping around different fandoms lately, reading new fic (and a few old faves). Kelly is hilarious. I just saw her telling a story about meeting Barack Obama for the first time and butchering his name while introducing him as a Grammy winner for an album she couldn't remember the title of. HA! She's just so charming though. I have a big interview today for a promotion at work, and I'm super nervous. Hope things are good with you!

Ah, I've been super busy lately so I definitely have Kelly stuff to catch up on! I know she's doing all this press right now for her book, and her interviews are literally half the reason I love her, haha. So I'm looking forward to smiling a lot, for sure, hee.

<333 Hope you're good! And which fandoms are you jumping around in? I know there are a few that I still have in common with fellow Nukies and that's always so nice to have a buddy in. :)

Well for a while it was Adam Lambert (and various pairings), then I got into Supernatural (SPN). I don't even watch the show that much, but I like the actors so I would just read some of the fic based on them in real life instead of stories based on the show. And of course, QAF fic is always fun for some nostalgia. I found it really interesting when Van did that movie with Gale, because it was like my fandoms collided! :)

I think my interview went okay. My current manager was one of the three people on the panel, since this is for a more advanced position within the same work unit. I couldn't really get a "read" on how she felt about my answers so we'll see. Fingers crossed!

Adam's pretty awesome. :) And yes, that Van/Gale collab was pretty random but cool, hee. Ah, SPN RPS! I haven't read any in a while but I remember I did for a bit there because Anna (akintay) wrote some pretty great ones.

Thanks for the link to the Kelly Clarkson live downloads. I'll have to check those out. I saw recently that she was on AOL Build: https://youtu.be/8zRowhgzil4 I haven't watched it yet but the channel has a lot of good interviews.

And aww, your new boys all seem adorable. I liked the cover of "All of Me."

It's nice to push aside RL sometimes and dip back into fandom.

They are so good! She's doing these live Facebook streams every last Friday of the month and releasing 2 songs each time from her tour + some random video (also mostly from her tours). It's great getting such good quality recordings of these lives even though I've heard most of them before from fan!cams.

And thank you for that link! :D I have seen 0 things of hers from this promo tour so far so thanks. I'll start with that one! :)

<333 Gosh, yes. Days when you're too busy to even eat lunch, it's nice to just unwind afterward sometimes and block everything out. And these new vids really do remind me of watching Kelly interviews. I just fall more each time, hee. ♥
