It's 97 degrees here with 100% humidity. What's a queasy pregnant woman to do?

I know, I know, I announce that I'm pregnant and then I vanish into oblivion. SORRY. I totally suck. The truth is, I've been ridden with constant nausea and utter fatigue for the past couple of weeks, so I don't spend much time at the computer anymore. Five years ago I fell in love was L.A. and now I'm completely turned off by it.

Back in my college days I lived in southern Cal and loved it. I was so sorry when I had to move. However, especially in recent years, I'm really glad not to live there. I hate the traffic, the smog, the sprawl, the cost of living there. Back then I used to get the feeling that so much happened there but these days it's so much easier to be in touch with what's happening everywhere that the location seems a lot less important.

First of all... didn't even know your pregnant so... Congrats to you and Steve!!

And I'm sure it all will sink in at the ultrasound. It did for me... or hearing the heart-beat for the first time. :) There's nothing better. :D
