Yesterday Holly and I went out and got this "TaeBo focus on Abs and Glutes" Workout Video...and oh shit...it is so hard to do...and it works...my abs and ass are so sore right now...and today Im gonna do pilates...yeah thats right...and I dont care if I sound like a fag for doing these...in a month im gonna have some nice abs and ass!
