It's Looking like East Garrison St. for 425/month incld hot water and garbage. So I'd only be responsible for electricity. The guy seems really nice. He's gonna call me back later this afternoon to see if he can arrange a tour for me on friday. If he's ok with me and the place isn't too bad, i could move in on the 1st of May. Woot
