It's really cold outside.. I'm fucking paranoid and I don't know why... I feel like I'm wearing headphones.. and the world outside of my head is muffled... I'm actually lost in my head.. I hear yelling.. and it feels like someone has my head in a vise... and the louder the screams get... the tighter the vise closes in on my head.. what the fuck is
