Alright...my mom's surgery is supposedly going to take place on July 15th at Sherman in Elgin. That's coming up really fast. And I'm really nervous about it.

Hope everything goes well. I think I've actually been to that Sherman place. Is it the one on Royal Blvd behind Home Depot and Wal-Mart?

They do all sorts of crazy things in medicine these days, so just try to keep faith that she's in good hands.

I'm sure everything will be fine. You know she's a fighter. And if my great-grandma who's 82 yrs old can make it through this, she totally can. It won't be fun, but don't worry too much.
