Also, my apartment building was struck by lightning yesterday. My tv and my computer were plugged in at the time (I wasn't home) and are deceased for now. Hopefully this will be taken care of soon. In the meantime, call if you need me.
if either one was purchased at best buy and you got the optional performance service plan, then this would be covered and a repair/replacement would be imminent.
The tv was from Best Buy and I have my receipt and the 4-year service plan, so that's on the way in to be repaired. The laptop is being shipped back to HP at no cost to me, to also be repaired. It does suck, but I hijacked Aaron's computer for the day so I'm getting by :P
