Birthday Weekend!
I am now 23 yrs old! This past weekend has been a fun one spending time with ppl I usually don't see on my birthday so it was refreshing :) I'm am rather tired to re-count it all.... assuming I can remember it all but I will bullet the events and come back to write them up if and/or when I have time...

Day 11: Day of Endless Meetings!
I seriously had 5 back to back meetings and barely had time to eat lunch. Woooooot. Super busy and then I went to the gym to blow off some steam and had an amazing workout. Day 8- Slow day, went on errands

- Watched Mad Men Episode 1 together!
- Watched King's Speech together while I organized my KGI Yr 1 album - really liked the movie!

Day 4: Orientation Day 2
So the commute wasn't too bad today. Met up with two guys I had met yesterday during orientation at the bus stop and we chatted for a bit. Orientation itself was so-so. 3 Days on the East Coast
Day 1: My flight left LAX around 10am PST. The turbulence was pretty bad but i would just keep sleeping. Every time it was like a cloud was eating the plane. "Just some minor turbulance..." meaning it was an adolescent cloud XD yup I was pretty out of it on the plane. There was no movie since the player wasn't working properly. Beginning of My FDA Internship
Greetings from the East Coast!
I have a lot I want to write about my experiences during my first year of grad school, but I guess that will just have to be written along side my daily log of activities during my internship :)
I have errands to run to get myself more settled in before I start at the FDA tomorrow so I will type up more tonight! -
Lost
Grad school has been absolutely insane. I wish I had more time to blog about it. Hopefully in the coming weeks I will get a chance to pour everything that's been locked up inside of me into this blog again because I miss this ( Read more... ) -
Waiting at the airport
I am currently in the EVA lounge at TPE airport. Fuder's dad pulled some strings to let us stay in the lounge since our flight is at 7 and we arrived here at 5. The lounge has free food, wifi amd even has a game room filled with individual screens for Xboxes... Okay so the food isn't that great but hey it's free!

August 10: Heading back to the states
So I am heading back to the US today. It's kinda funny. I leave 7pm on August 10 in Taiwan and arrive at LAX around 5pm August 10.... It's like I traveled back in time 2 hrs! :P But I suppose it makes up for the time lost when I flew to Taiwan in June ( Read more... )
