It is going to take a long time to feel better. A long time, and probably some life goals achieved. Don't beat yourself up over it, just remember it is natural and makes you a better person because you love and give to others sooo much.

I had another friend say something similar...I do tend to wear my heart on my sleeve, which can be a double-edged sword sometimes. I love you, my Maria. :-)
