This might sound dumb, but you might want to look into "learned optimism" and "positive psychology".

I think "learned optimism" can really improve your way of life.

P.S. I am not some infomercial or add or scam or anything like that. Just someone who saw the post.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Learned_optimism

"Learned optimism is the idea in positive psychology that a talent for joy, like any other, can be cultivated."

Most often, what we perceive as flaws in ourselves are what others view as things which make us uniquely beautiful. It's the reason why people love handmade things so much - they're not flawless, which makes them one of a kind, special.

There will always be people who don't find us to their liking, but that's the natural way of things. There are some folks who don't like pizza, sushi, or banana bread, too. It doesn't make it the "fault" of the disliked item - it's about one person's tastes not matching up to what is present in someone's physical appearance.

It hurts like hell when someone we crush over doesn't want to be with us, for whatever reason, and it's easy to turn the pain of rejection into a more tolerable pain of "I need to work on myself more," (goodness knows I have been doing that for years), but try to remember it's not because there's anything *wrong* with you. You were gorgeous long before you started changing your physical shape.

Speaking of (minus pregnancy, knock on wood), I found out some interesting things about my own issues, and I know that you and I have spoken about it and have similar ones, so I think you may be interested to know that I think I was able to conceive because of the diet I put Steve and me on in 2008. Apparently, I probably have Polycysitic Ovarian Syndrome (I would be officially diagnosed with it now with the problems I had as a teen), and going on a diet that is beneficial for people with insulin resistance usually helps women with it have babies and regulate their cycles. It varies in severity, but I just wanted to let you know that there is much hope through simple means, and not only that, but with your new diet anyway, you may be all set if you have it, too! ::kisses::

By the way, I think you're stunning. And besides that, your awesomeness as a person shines through. You will find that special someone when the time is right =D

PS Women with the condition are also usually low on B-Vitamins, Zinc, Magnesium, and Vitamin D. I just added them to my vitamin regimen... except for the Zinc 'cuz we don't have any.

Nice! I've been eating pretty well, no dairy, eggs, or gluten. Still, I'm scared that I won't be able to have kids. But, got to think positive! I'm meant to be a mama eventually.

And I think you're stunning, too. Sexy mama, you. :-)
