I do some running, but I've been lazy with that as of late. I love Jillian Michaels--Ripped in 30 is her best most challenging shorter workout series.
LOVE kettlebell workouts! I just bought a 30lb kettlebell, and I've been seeing a personal trainer. I barter with him--massage for training. He has me do tons of kettlebell, and some TRX training.
That, and I don't eat dairy, eggs, or gluten. That helps. I try to eat at least 50-75% of my body weight in protein everyday too.
