That's a total of 6.8 in 3 weigh ins. It's suppose to be gradual, not dramatic, so it sucks kinda waiting around and stuff, but it's worth it. Just think if I keep losing an average of 2 a week, then that's like 52 pounds in 6 months. That's awesome!! My goal is 65ish so :-D Thanks for the support - how's your diet going - you're the one I should be applauding, you're doing amazing!
Mine's going okay. I was weighed in on Tuesday and since May 14 I've lost 30 pounds. I feel like I went down two clothes sizes too but i'm having trouble with losing weight around my waist though. I've been waiting to talk to one of the fitness trainers but the only one I trust to give sound advice hasn't been there for a few weeks. I hope she wasn't fired.... lol She may be on vacation though.
You're doing great sweetie :-) Some people have a harder time losing it in certain places. My stomach is an okay area for me, that's where I lose and gain the most, but my legs are what I have a hard time with. I really wish we had our own pool so I could just go swim in it every day to get my legs some excercise, you saw I live around all hills and stuff, so it's hard to just "take a walk" you know. Hopefully your trainer will be back soon :-( Have you tried just doing like 100 crunches every night or something until? What diet are you on anyways - Atkins??
Good Job!! I'm very proud of you for doing this. I have kind of quit for a bit. Laura and I are flying to Sacramento in a few hours and my aunt and uncle have a pool so I'm hoping to exercise my ass off! Congrats on losing the pounds, I'm very happy for you!! Talk to you later...
