I've decided I want to write a book. Problem is, I don't know what about. Because of all the classes I've taken, I have this problem with thinking in terms of 'if this turned into a movie' - which isn't completely bad, but sometimes things that are meant for movies, aren't meant for books you know? And it sucks cause I'm all stuck on this witch

I want to take one of those script writing classes. I think I might be good at it. Dunno, though.

Which class did you take? like... 350?

I took the basic level, like beginers in community college, then took advanced at CSUN. It was CTVA 320, writing for TV and film. And I hated that class so fucking much. My teacher was this dickhead that totally didn't like women and he treated all the girls like they weren't good enough and never called on them, use to make me so angry.

The thing about script writing is that there's always a time limit because you're in a class. And with me, I do writing on my own at my own free will so it was like "okay, part one is due monday" and it's like "but I'm not ready yet!" So that's why I also had a hard time with it.

For someone like you that wants to do journalism it could prove either really easy for you or really really hard. Give it a try, being a writer means learning all sorts of new things. :-D
