So Refreshing!

So this obsession has gone back to my winter visit to Chicago, but I must say it is even more appropriate for Summer.

This obsession? Cucumbers.

Cucumber based things I have enjoyed in recent months: 

• Cucumber-infused water
• Cucumber-infused vodka
• Cucumber and green tea Dove Soap
• Cucumber and Seaweed Salad
• Cucumber Tea Sandwiches

I would honestly NEVER have thought to put cucumber in a mojito. :O

Persian cucumbers! I eat them with salt.

They are petite and delicious and never watery. Crunchy and fresh loaded with flavor.
