I'm already fit enough go skiing, it's the fact that I don't want to ski that is holding me back. No falling down mountains for me. Thanks anyway for the invite.
are you still continuing with the running? i love running too. used to do it quite a lot...then ate loads, stopped exercising and have not started again....i like the fact that it's low maintenance and you can do it whenever you feel like it.
