This film is beautiful and very relaxing, similar in tone to 'Etre et Avoir'.

Does it have some penguin chicks trying to use a photocopier?

It's as sweet as Fossil Fuel. I'll have to own it on dvd, so I can watch it whenever I'm feeling stressed and complainy. The penguins don't complain when they toddle 70 miles each way, no siree! I hope the dvd will have a documentary on how they made the film, for additional cute penguin footage.
