Yes, I had considered the negotiating route, but as the job also involved a 20 minute bus ride out of the city, I thought I'd wait to see if there were any other jobs closer in.

I've been thinking about how I keep shooting myself in the foot, not wanting to be bored at work, but then killing myself by taking on too much responsibility - why do I keep doing that? Hopefully this book will quell that impulse!
