23rd Portland

The past few times that I've driven down 23rd I've seen "celebrities".
First it was Sigourney Weaver looking very stylish and with no makeup. And tonight it was Blayne from Project Runway. Guess he doesn't make it to the finals since he was sitting outside at the Casa Del Matador have drinks while season 5 just started ;)
