Odd Coincidence? + misc.
This morning I felt Mia jump up on the bed about 5am.

As an artistic outlet, and a way to expend your physical energy, it certainly seems to be working.
The other aspect is building out your portfolio, and having your costs slightly subsidized. Maybe that's not concern for you ~ I've always been blown away by your existing portfolio.
Once you pass that unknown threshold, you'll be setting the prices, not the kids :)
