John (Bex's ex) has terminal cancer.

I've spent the last couple of days doing hospital/doctor things with him.

emotionally I'm finding myself swining from crying to numb.

I'm trying to be there for him as much as possible.

Johns a good friend. this is going to be so hard.

I don't really know what else to write.
